Q. Can these be
applied on a vehicle or storefront?
A. Yes these can be applied almost anywhere.
When placing an order for a vehicle and you want it to be
placed on the outside of the vehicle window then please click
on the outside for placement. The only thing you should be
careful of is if you live in an area with snow and use an
ice scraper. We have had issues with individuals scraping
off the sticker or tearing it. Please remember there is a
sticker underneath that foot of snow.
Q. What colors are
available?
A. Currently we have RED,
BLUE, WHITE, GREEN, YELLOW, BLACK, CHROME, GOLD, GOLD Etched,
RED Tranparent, BLUE Transparent, Lime Green Transparent (same
as X-box color), Fluorescent Green, Fluorescent Blue, Fluorescent
Orange and Fluorescent Yellow, Purple and Silver
ETCHED in stock. Please put in the notes section when ordering
which color you would prefer. Silver Etched is default.
Q.
How soon can I expect my order?
A. On most cases, your order will be shipped out within
1-2 days. Depending on the amount order we try to ship same
day.
Q. Can I supply my
own artwork and have it made?
A. Yes. We specialize in converting existing artwork into
graphics. We prefer the artwork to be in either .ai, .eps,
.psd or .bmp formats. NO thumbnails please.
Q. What sizes are available?
A. We can go up to 23" wide by however long you
need. However, we will make every effort to meet your demands.
Q. How durable are
the graphics? Will it crack or fade?
R. The material that the graphics are made of will
last up to five years. If the material has a pattern, it will
last up to three years against fading.
Q. Is there a warranty?
A. The Shattered Web does not make any written or implied
warranties.
Q. What is a wholesale
customer?
A. A wholesale customer is a customer that will purchase
large quantities of any given. A minimum total of 25 pcs.

Q. How much can
I save purchasing wholesale?
A. 30% to 75% of the retail price item.
Q. Can I get
exclusivity?
A. Yes. Generally, we expect you to carry a good variety of
our products, in order for us to expect customers that we
refer to be able to find what they need.
Q. How do I pay for my
order?
A. We require, most companies pay via company check
or certified funds. We do accept check, money-order or PayPal
on all orders to include international.
Q. Do
you ship overseas?
A. Yes we do unless the US has a trade embargo on that
country.
